BRANFORD, Conn., March 06, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Sachem Capital Corp. (NYSE:SACH) (the “Company”) announced today that its board of directors authorized and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per common share to be paid to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on the NYSE American on March 17, 2025. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2025.
The Company expects to release its fourth quarter 2024 financial results before market open on Thursday, March 27, 2025. A webcast and conference call to discuss the results will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
